      • The AR-300 Select

      • This is the basic model of the AquaRest AR-300 hot tub.

      • The AR-300 Premium

      • The AR-300 is the “deluxe” version which includes an ozonator and a 2 HPR Dual Speed Pump (instead of a 1.50 HPR Single Speed Pump).

        The AR-300 Premium can be converted from 120v 1kW to 240v 4kW with the installation of a 30 or 50 Amp 240v electrical service.

      • This spa requires a solid foundation with a minimum load-bearing capacity of 125 pounds per square foot, with the decks or slabs designed to hold this weight.

      • What are the recommended surfaces to put the hot tub on?

      • The ideal surfaces for this hot tub are (stained) cement, travertine, synthetic wood, brick pavers, stone or slate.

      • Can I use an extension cord to plug in the spa?

      • You can not use extension cord to plug in the spa, because it will void the warranty. A 12 feet long power cord is included, which comes out of the service door which is located on the front of the spa.

      • How often do I need to change the water?

      • The water in the tub needs be changed every 3 months.

      • How should I clean the spa after draining the water?

      • This spa can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth and mild soap.

      • Is the AquaRest AR-300 a saltwater spa?

      • No, the spa is not saltwater compatible.

      • How long does it take for the spa to heat up?

      • It takes approximately 20 hours to heat up.

      • When do I need to get a new filter for the hot tub?

      • It is recommended to replace the filter every 4 to 6 months.

      • Once the spa is fully winterized it can be stored during the winter.
